Saidalavi Kundupuzhakkal holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Education from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Additionally, he has earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Sociology from Pondicherry University, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Philosophy from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of Calicut. He has qualified for the National Eligibility Test (NET) in Education and Sociology and has been awarded the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) by the University Grants Commission (UGC). He is an ITEP Faculty at Department of Education, North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong.He has previously taught as a Guest Faculty at Department of Educational Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia, an Assistant Professor at the Army Institute of Education, Greater Noida, and has worked as a Research Associate at the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India. He also a member of the Board of Studies (BoS) at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
